Dr. Steven Duval is an artist, educator, and researcher currently working in Buffalo, NY. He has shown his work nationally and internationally including the Gwangju Biennale, Nuit Blanche Paris, the Pistoletto Foundation, and Apexarts. He completed his AHRC funded PhD at Oxford Brookes University in 2009 and recently completed a Postdoctoral position at the Spencer Museum of Art, University of Kansas in 2015. He is also a founding member of the pedagogical research collective Protoacademy. He has taught at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, the University of Kansas, the University of Wisconsin Colleges, Oxford Brookes University, and Edinburgh College of Art. Duval currently teaches at the University at Buffalo
