Agri-culture – The work is based on research done in the area around
Edinburgh. People outside of supermarkets and farmers in the area were polled on their opinions of intensive farming, GM crops and organic food. The results were put into booklet form and drawings were made from the research. There were also articles from diverse viewpoints available in the gallery and each booklet also had links to these resources within it.
