“Laboratory of the Philosophical Vagabond” was a project done for Billy McCall’s TagTeam Project. Three kits for environmental science ask the questions “How clean is the water?” “How clean is the air?” and “How clean is the soil?” Using these kits in different provocative locations around Edinburgh the work asks another question “Is the physical environment the only factor in these ecological tests?” This work was part of a publication called ‘Ecosophy’ and supported by the Scottish Arts Council.
