The Polyphonic Gathering at the Richard Hamilton Gallery, Oxford Brookes University

“The Polyphonic Gathering” was the second project for my doctoral research. At Oxford Brookes University’s Richard Hamilton Gallery I set up a social space to play three conversational games over three days. These games were based on Ludwig Wittgenstein’s Language Games, Gregory Bateson’s Metalogues and David Bohm’s Dialogue Game. Each day a group would play a different game and in the afternoon a movie would be played that corresponded to that game.
